Our fees
Our fees are transparent. We are not concerned that “competitors” will see our fees and compare costs to use them to our disadvantage. Our fees are competitive and are what they are. There is no hard sell or “today only” offers. We do offer special discounts to those who help evangelize and support our programs (see our “Always” Deals below).
Program Registration Fee
There is a one-time registration fee of $150 per student, for all programs except the School & Youth Center program.
The Fee covers the administrative costs and program-appropriate attire.
The Fee is not charged until after the one week introductory period..
payment terms
You can pay hourly, weekly, monthly, bi-annually or annually, regardless of your contract term. Payment is due in advance of your instruction. Discounts are offered if payment is made in full for a one-year commitment. See Cancellation Policy below for important cancellation information.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy applies to all programs regardless of the curriculum and instructional format.
The $150 registration fee and purchased apparel are not refundable or returnable if you cancel your contract.
There is a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel your contract before term completion.
Full Refund
Membership can be cancelled one week from your start date for a full refund. The registration fee won’t be charged until after your first full week.
Partial Refund
Membership can be cancelled outside of the Full Refund period for a refund of all monies paid for tuition, less fully and partially completed months.
Partial Refund, Payment In Full
Membership can be cancelled outside of the Full Refund period for a refund of all monies paid for tuition, less fully and partially completed months calculated at our standard rates.
The Payment In Full discount does not apply if you cancel prior to the end of your one-year term. The discount will be reversed, and you will be charged the standard rate for all completed classes, plus a $50 cancellation fee.

The fee for each belt promotion is summarized below. The fee includes a new belt, the time to prepare the location where the ceremony will be held, and Qua International Federation Fees.

We never have “join today” or “one time offer” deals. We also don’t have any fine print; we only have bold print because we want to make sure you fully understand our terms! Our deals are the same, ALL THE TIME!
Deals that have contract commitments require payment in full for the deal period. There are no refunds for deals after the first week.
