Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio. Kickboxing. Boxing Drills. Sweat. Absolutely!
You will be guided to challenge yourself both physically and mentally. Our program is more than a physical workout, we work with you to build your confidence and strengthen belief in yourself. We don’t just play music and have you hit a bag. Yeah, we play motivating music, but we also teach you proper and safe techniques, shadow boxing, boxing drills, footwork and coaching. You will get a great workout, but you will also learn how to apply your newly learned skills.
In this student-driven program you control the intensity, all the while being encouraged you to reach you next-level of training.
- Learn proper stances and footwork
- Understand hand and foot position for punching and kicking targets
- Static and dynamic calisthenics
- Training with weights
- Heavy bag training
- Shadowboxing
- One-on-one drills with your instructor (even in group classes)
- Lightly spar your instructor if you’re comfortable
- Post warm-up and cool down stretching to keep your muscles safe
Locations
We offer our cardio kickboxing program at two locations:
- Our studio in Damascus located at: 10017 Locust Drive. Group lessons only at this location
- Master Mark’s home dojo in Gaithersburg. Private lessons only at this location.
